Travis Smith is an experienced educator and leader with over 12 years in teaching and educational leadership. A pioneer of 1-to-1 technology programs in the 1990s, he has served as an Assistant Principal and taught at Monash University’s Faculty of Education.

Passionate about technology’s role in education, he has delivered keynotes at global conferences on AI, personalised learning, and data-driven decision-making. He has co-facilitated international education events and currently serves as the Education Industry Lead for Microsoft Australia & New Zealand, advising education sectors on technology-driven innovation.


Mathew Gilbertson

A Design Draftsman and Builder, Mathew has spent over 25 years as a Director across Private, Not-for-Profit, and Public organisations. Embracing multi-modal computing in 2003, he eliminated paper, duplication, and unnecessary travel—saving over 20 hours per week!

This experience led him to co-found Tablet PC in 2007. Over the past 16 years, Mathew has coached thousands—from council, construction, and mining workers to Australia’s top CEOs and politicians—on boosting creativity and productivity.
